The seminar tragedy
Seminar was a new thing for all of us and we were having no idea about the event. After a small inquiry I come to know that seminar is nothing but the oral form of written exam. Where in written exam what is recited is written on the paper and in the seminar it is vomited in front of mass gathering. It was actually a compititon where student's (parrot ability) ability to reproduce a certain topic on the blackboard like the lecturers.
We started preparing hard for the seminar togather. We used to meet at Nilesh's home for the preparation of the speech. Till the time of the seminar I used to think only about the seminar and it's preparation. In fact I worked really hard for the both B.sc.-I and B.sc.-II. But my luck was playing dice with me. I could never secure position in first three winners. At that time I realised that I my luck is 'prime' i.e. it has no factors...

The Lectures
Our first lecture of B.Sc. was of Mathematics. Up till graduation I could manage to overcome this demon. The lecture started with the topic ‘Sphere’. I could manage to recollect only this topic above all the lectures. The lecturer taught us some equations (a meaningless hodgepodge of x, y, a, b with +, - etc… meaningful only to mathematicians) of spheres. Like in cricket, the toss decides winning chances of a team; similarly first academic lecture decides your final score of that academic session. Anyway we were in the first lecture of B.Sc. in Jagadamba Mahavidyalya, Achalpur and the topic was sphere. The other name for this sphere is ball. I still could not understand who benefits by studying this equation. Cricketers uses ball for balling, even if the bowler does not know this equation he still manages to take wickets. Abhay and I were on the second bench. Nilesh and Shyam were sited on the first bench of the middle row. You can forget the previous statement because it is not constant. It will vary (mathematical name: variable) i.e. our sitting place was varied everyday.
The second lecture started with Thevinion and Norton theorems. It was a physics lecture. During the lecture a guy told me that the lecturer has written a book. The lecturer was intelligent except the fact that he struggle to construct statement in English. He was suffering from the deficiency of the English words. This was a matter of fun through out our academic session. After the lecture we unanimously reach to a decision that we will gift him a dictionary after the completion of the session.
One more physics lecturer was suffering from the similar deficiency of English just a difference was this lecturer had the habit of constructing the English statements on the lines of Marathi statements. For example- If we compare two different values, one being smaller than other with big difference then in Marathi we talk Kuthe 40 ani kuthe 40,000. He used to covert the same statement exactly in English like where is 40 and where is 40,000.

Starting Of The College Life
The college started with dullness. There was a frustration of the way I got admission in the college and sorrow of loosing 'my childhood love'. All the interest in the studies was dried up. We (Abhay, Nilesh, sometimes Nitin and Ritesh and I) used to go to the college by bicycle. Of course! We had motorcycle but our shame of joining Jagadamba Mahavidyalya did not allow us to ride by motorcycle. Shyam lives at Achalpur, close to the college so there was no way for him to compensate that shame.
Nilesh is the guy who has created history in Jagadamba Mahavidyalya by going on strike. I could remember that day vividly when he won the college election. Before wining election he was surrounded by us but after winning election he was surrounded by ‘special persons’ (most of them were on internship of politics). Nilesh was always cordoned off with those people like the PA around minister and were always in a hurry.
Shyam is the person who created history by scoring distinction marks in Jagadamba Mahavidyalya. His one eye is permanently closed since his birth. I never dared to ask him. This is the thing which I could never do - hurting good people.
In spite of this fact, he has a powerful brain and good machine generated like handwriting.
I and Abhay did not tamper the college history. In fact our existence was limited to only to the canteen. We had the worst luck factor and we use to say that our luck has no factors! This does not mean that we were pessimist but we have acquired this technique of accepting any kind of situation and fact.
Such wired combination of people together had created a different compound in the college which could be found only outside the college gate every time!
To forget the past I started engaging myself in study, teaching programming languages in a private institution and coaching to the 7th standard students Math and English. I could earn 300 rupees by starting these activities in the evening till night after attending the lectures in the college. This was not my first earning source. I earned money first time in my life by sticking posters of advertisement of a computer institution. I earned 50 rupees by sticking 100 posters from night 11 till late night 2. This does not mean that my parents were not providing me money. I was feeling shame to ask for money to my parents.

B.Sc. in Jagadamba Mahavidyalya, Achalpur
The snap was taken during TY B.Sc. in Jagadamba Mahavidyalya, Achalpur. It was the time of Amravati University examination, so tension could be easily seen on the faces. We all friend are in the top row.As usual abhay made some comment and the laugh broke over the faces. We all the friends from Paratwada studied hard and also enjoyed the college days. Jagadamba Mahavidyalya is situated on the bank of river 'Sapan' which flows from the heart of the city Achalpur. The collge building was built on some higher altitude due to which we used to tell everyone that we are higher education(Uccha Shikshan). The whole collge campus is surrounded by trees which makes the atmosphere pleasent; except during any lecture. Close to the Jagdamba Mahavidyalaya, there is market. We used to have tea and breakfast at one of the small Hotel(Tapari) in this market. There is a small bus stop at the corner of this market from where many college student used to catch the state transport bus. The road from there is exteremely narrow. I still have an openion that the drivers who drive the buses through this road from Gandhi Pool to Chawalmadi should be given Lifetime Achivement Award. Despite of nonce traffic, cattles and pathholes, they keep their patience calm. They were never been in hurry nor any pasenger. Another interesting feature closed to our college was a shortcut from ACM i.e. Achalpur Cricket Maidan( I am not sure about this full form) to our college gate. In between these two continents there is place where our bicycle as well as our muscle stops responding. Besides all these there was an interesting person who was acting as a watchman and a gardener for the college. I don't remember his name now but one of our classmate used to call me Buddha means an oldman. He has a dark skin, brownish eyes and a smiling face. He used to wear dhoti and Kurta.
